Following is a listing of the Band Booster activities, the chair(s), and a short description of the activities of the chair(s). Thank you to all who volunteered their time and talents. If you would like more information about a particular committee, contact the chairperson. If you do not have contact information for the chairperson, contact a Booster officer for more information. They will direct you to the best person to answer your questions. Thank you.
Band Camp Lunchroom: In cafeteria 11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. to supervise students and help clean up. –Nancy Nejak
Band Camp Popsicles: Delivery and distribution of popsicles every day during Band Camp –Sharon Capone
Banquet: Plan, collect door prizes, and decorate for banquet held at end of school year. –Phyllis Shutterly & Cindy Trottier
Candle Sale: Coordinate sale and distribution. –Donna Satira, Jan Peters, & Kristin Brennan

Chaperones-Away Games/Parades: Coordinate volunteers, distribute uniforms, manage bleacher covers, distribute water, rain gear and plumes as necessary. Ride student buses to and from event. –Beth Kerschner

Concession Booth: Coordinate volunteers to work home games to sell food items at fall football and soccer games. Booth is operated with the football, cheerleader and soccer booster groups. Every fourth year-coordinate food/drink purchases (next time-Fall 2011). Every fourth year (after the purchasing year/next time Fall 2012), work as treasurer (deposits, start-up money, etc.) – CHAIRS NEEDED
Cookie Sheet Sale: Coordinate sale and distribution. –Lesia Very
Cow Pattie Bingo: Coordinate ticket sales and distribution. -Leslie Ziringer Coordinate day’s events. -Lori Massarelli & Nora Selser
Fruit Sale: Organize fruit distribution in early December, contact volunteers; unload trucks, check fruit with volunteers and help fill orders. Before delivery day, compile student orders into the band’s order with Jim and Pat Kirk. –John Mrachko
Home Game Banners: For Friday games, banners need to be put up and taken down on late Friday afternoons. Solicit advertisers for banners. –Randy Davis
Home Game Water: Provide and distribute water for our band and visiting band at home games. Contact visiting band via phone or e-mail for quantity needed for their group. –Gary Silvestri
Overcoat Distribution: Distribute overcoats prior to games and collect after games. –Beth McCarthy
Overcoat Inventory and Cleaning: Inventory overcoats on hand and coordinate cleaning and air-drying of overcoats at end of school year. –Beth McCarthy
Popcorn Popping: Pop popcorn during the day, usually Thursday and Friday the week of home games. – Lesia Very and Debbie Good
Popcorn Selling: Bag and sell the popcorn at the Friday night games. –Collette March
Publicity: Work with committee chairs to publicize events. –Sally Yemc
Senior Night: Work with band director and athletic director to organize the band portion of senior night at home football game. Obtain photographer for pictures of seniors and parents. –Susan Long & Gerri Sakowicz
Spaghetti Dinner: Assist with planning the dinner, coordinate with the food service provider, supervise students and parents working at the dinner. –Ron & Lori Bartolotta
Tambellini’s Sale: Coordinate sale and distribution. –Jeanette Mallick-Kramer
Uniforms-Band: Uniforms are fitted at the beginning of band camp, volunteers must attend mandatory training beforehand. Mending and alterations may be needed. Distribute uniforms prior to games and collect after games. –Suzy Flory & Alicia Mrachko
