Following is a listing of the Band Booster activities, the chair(s), and a short description of the activities of the chair(s). Thank you to all who volunteered their time and talents. If you would like more information about a particular committee, contact the chairperson. If you do not have contact information for the chairperson, contact a Booster officer for more information. They will direct you to the best person to answer your questions. Thank you.
Cow Pattie Bingo - NEED CHAIRS Coordinate ticket sales and distribution. Coordinate day’s events.
Fruit Sale - Don Anderson On delivery day in early December, unload trucks, check fruit with students and help fill orders. Before delivery day, compile student orders into the band’s order.
Spaghetti Dinner - Lori Bartolotta, Chris Anderson Assist with planning the dinner, coordinate with the food service provider, supervise students and parents working at the dinner.
Enjoy Book – Cathy Hill, Barbara McDonald Coordinate book sale and distribution.
Candy Sale – Kim Bailey, Doug Bailey Coordinate sale and distribution.
Community Day - Mike and Anita Louttit Coordinate securing and filling the Dunking Booth, schedule the students to be dunked, schedule the parent volunteers to oversee the Dunking Booth.
Concession Booth - John Mrachko Work home games to sell food items. Other fall sports need to be covered with staffing. This booth is operated with the Football, Cheerleader and Soccer booster groups.
Popcorn—Popping - Carol Hill (tentative) Pop popcorn during the day the week of home games.
Popcorn—Selling – Donna Satira Bag and sell the popcorn at the Friday night games.
Home Game Banners - Tom Grand For Friday games, banners need to be put up and taken down on late Friday afternoons. Solicit advertisers for banners.
Uniform Fittings - Claudia Grand Uniforms are fitted at the beginning of Band Camp, volunteers must attend a mandatory training beforehand. Mending and alterations may be needed.
Band Camp Popsicles - Sharon Capone Delivery and distribution of popsicles every day during Band Camp.
Band Camp Lunchroom - Nancy Nejak In cafeteria 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. to supervise students and help clean up.
Spring Banquet - Lori Bartolotta, Chris Anderson Collect door prizes, plan decorations, etc. for Banquet held in May.
Home Game Chaperones - Debbie Scheinert, Claudia Grand Distribute uniforms prior to games and collect afterward. Manage bleacher covers, distribute water, rain gear and plumes as necessary.
Home Game Water – Lori Gardea Provide and distribute water for our band and visiting band at home games.
Away Game and Parade Chaperones - Debbie Scheinert, Claudia Grand Distribute uniforms, manage bleacher covers, distribute water, rain gear and plumes as necessary. Ride student buses to and from event.
Senior Night - NEED CHAIR, usually parents of Junior Band/Bandfront members Work with Band Director and Athletic Director to organize the Band portion of Senior Recognition. Obtain photographer for pictures of seniors and parents.
