2009 Chick-fil-A COW-Lenders


Calendars sell for $6.00 each with $3.00 going to the students’ travel account.
Each calendar has $35.00 worth of coupons inside that can be used at any Chick-fil-A Restaurant.
Each calendar will also include a coupon for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich at the Monroeville store.

You can get the calendars to sell after the Delmont Parade on Saturday September 6^th or after the Band Practices on Monday September 8^th and Wednesday September 10^th.


We are also looking for any Band Parents who would be interested in selling the calendars at the Home Football Games.  Contact Randy Hill at (724)-396-8891 if interested.

Ticket-Selling Opportunities

Any parent who wants to sell tickets at the gates of home football games, please contact Lori Gardea at 724-325-6371.  Also, if band members want to sell tickets at Saturday MASA games, contact Lori.  There are no minimum sale requirements—just sell what you can, and band members still earn $5/ticket toward their student travel accounts!

We will also need to borrow canopies and/or E-Z up tents for event day.  If you have tents to lend, please call Carol Wrobleski at 724-325-1318 or email her at wrobleski61@yahoo.com

We could also use some more folks to work at a food or game booth. (We have so many cool activities planned this year—YIKES!!)  If you can come out and help, GREAT! More importantly, please encourage your kids and fellow band members to help out! High school students can earn volunteer hours for National Honor Society, plus band members should support this great event that ultimately serves them.  Everyone is sure to have lots of fun! Cow Pattie Bingo Event Day

This year, Cow Pattie Bingo is sure to be bigger and better than ever! Check out what we’ve got lined up so far:

A DJ plus several musical groups providing LIVE entertainment
Lots of fun games—some really cool stuff this year
A wonderful variety of great food

And that’s only the half of it!

The Chinese Auction and Cake Walk Event are certain to have some incredible contributions from our Murrysville Community.  You’ll have to see it to believe it! 

And we’re still adding more great events to the list!!
